Requests for reimbursement or session transfers must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Approved reimbursements are credited back to the original payment method within 14 days. One complimentary rescheduling per booking is permitted. Sessions clearly marked as non-reimbursable, such as bespoke group packages, are not eligible for reimbursement due to unique preparation requirements.

5.2 Digital Guides and Courses

Digital content is made available immediately after purchase and may be accessed offline. These offerings are non-reimbursable once access is granted. Should you encounter technical issues preventing access, we will provide assistance or issue a credit toward another digital product of equal or lesser value.

5.3 Eco-Friendly Merchandise

If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 10 days of delivery for a replacement or credit. For unopened items in original packaging, you may send them back within 30 days of receipt. Approved shipments must be sent with tracking; once received and inspected, a credit will be issued within 14 days. Items designated as final sale or custom-made are not eligible for shipment back or credit.
